Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

Biblical Teaching

We love the Bible! We believe it is “breathed by God” (2 Timothy 3:16-17) and is useful for understanding how we look and live more like Jesus. Each week we look to discover how the Bible speaks into our daily lives. We encourage students to dig deep, ask questions, and apply what they learn to make their community better.

Fun

Between school, clubs, chores, and other responsibilities, we want to make sure that ReVERB is a time where students can meet up with their friends, unwind, and simply have a good time. We do our best to organize the most ridiculous games for students to participate in. We strive to make every night entertaining and memorable for each student.

Leadership Development

You have heard it said before: our students are the future. We believe God has gifted each student with unique passions, talents, and personalities that He wants to use to tell a story. Our goal is to help students tell that story. We do that by actively working to help students discover, develop and pursue their God-given calling.

Trust

Trust is a major aspect of what we hope to accomplish at ReVERB. Without it, nothing we say or do will have much of an impact. We want ReVERB to be a safe place for students to share their struggles and challenges as they face daily life and grow with God and others.

Mike Oliver – Assistant/Youth Pastor

Hey everyone! My name is Mike Oliver and I’ve been an assistant pastor at Resonate since October 2019. I’ve been married to my wife (Kristen) for 12 years and have two awesome boys, Landon (10) and Lucas (7). I lead our AMP group ministry which is our home groups that meet weekly, our young adult ministry, and preach on Sunday mornings. We are a sports family with soccer and baseball as our primary sports. We love escape rooms, taking trips to Disney and vacationing in the mountains in a cabin.
